We accept all major credit cards, and all payments are made online.
Our cancellation policy is detailed in our terms and conditions, but generally,
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in no refund.
- Any Hourly reservations cancelled 72 hours or less prior to the pickup time will result in no refund
- You would be assigned a Chauffeur and that Chauffeur would be in contact with you at all times.
- You are guaranteed a reservation once accepted
