Anna texted us prior to landing and kept us current on baggage claim where our luggage would arrive. She had our names on signage clearly displayed so we recognized her. She helped with luggage and directed us to our nice vehicle. She was cheerful and professional all the way. We would love for her to pick up us the next we use your service. We had such a wonderful experience with All Black Limo! Claire was so kind and patient, it was Valentine’s Day with our 5 children and she went above and beyond with balloons, chocolates and more. Our kids had such a wonderful time and will talk about it forever! Communication was clear and prompt, driving was safe, pick up and drop off was so simple. We were in Seattle for the weekend and took All Black Limo back to the airport (18 of us plus luggage and sports equipment). They were responsive, communicated regularly with us, flexible and accommodating. The vehicles were clean the the drivers were friendly. I would use them again.
