Bijo Cherian founded All Black Limo in 2014 after a career that took him from a family business in New York to federal service with the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security, and then into the airline industry. He came to the United States from India at age nine. He watched his family build something from nothing in New York.
When he launched All Black Limo in the Puget Sound region, he brought the same standard: build it right, staff it right, and do not cut corners on the people doing the work. Yes. Select your vehicle at booking. Sedan fits 2 passengers and 2 bags. The Multi Passenger Vehicle fits up to 5 passengers and 5 bags. The Minibus fits up to 13 passengers and 13 large bags.
Yes. We serve weddings, proms, quinceañeras, corporate events, and group occasions throughout the Seattle and South Sound region.
Yes. We serve SeaTac airport transfers from Gig Harbor, Tukwila, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Tacoma, and surrounding areas. Real-time flight tracking is included on every airport booking.
A minimum of 24 hours is required. For June through August and major holiday periods, 48 hours is strongly recommended. Same-day bookings may be available — call (206) 672-8281 to check.

Cancellations receive a refund to the original payment method minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to the same fee. Hourly reservations cancelled within 72 hours of pickup receive no refund. Call (206) 672-8281 at any time to cancel or modify.
Rideshare platforms use contractors who choose their own pickups. Long SeaTac runs from Gig Harbor and the Peninsula — especially early-morning departures — are frequently skipped or canceled. All Black Limo uses in-house drivers only. Your driver is assigned, briefed on your details, and confirmed in a group text the night before pickup. You are guaranteed the ride you booked, backed by our 15-minute on-time guarantee.
Yes. Vancouver, BC runs are available. Check CBP border crossing requirements before travel. Call us before booking as pricing is quoted per route.
All Black Limo operates from two locations in the Greater Puget Sound region. Both share the same fleet, the same in-house drivers, and the same confirmation process.
