1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website https://allblacklimoseattle.com/ (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or book any services through it.
2. Use License
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site;
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by All Black Limo at any time.
3. Service Charges & Fees
- Dispatching and administrative processing
- Insurance and licensing fees
- Tolls and fuel surcharges
- Vehicle maintenance and upkeep
- Credit card processing fees
4. Reservations & Standby Periods
The following standby periods are included with your reservation:
- Airport pickups: 30 minutes standby period from the scheduled pickup time.
- Regular reservations: 15 minutes standby period from the scheduled pickup time.
- After the included standby period has elapsed, standby charges will apply at the following rates:
- Sedan: $99.00 per hour
- SUV: $149.00 per hour
- Minibus: $179.00 per hour
The driver reserves the right to decline a reservation if the client has not arrived within one (1) hour of the scheduled pickup time.
5.Cancellations & No-Shows
The following cancellation policies apply to all reservations:
- Cancellations made within three (3) hours of the scheduled reservation will be charged the full fare.
- No-shows are treated as same-day cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Any modifications made to a reservation within three (3) hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur standby charges.
All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. Credits issued are valid for ninety (90) days from the original booking date and are not eligible for cash refunds.
6. Events Policy
All Black Limo LLC provides transportation services for a wide range of events, including but not limited to weddings, proms, corporate events, concerts, and special occasions. To ensure accurate pricing, availability, and vehicle coordination, the following policies apply to all event bookings:
6.1 Event Booking Procedure
All event reservations must be coordinated directly with our dispatch team prior to booking. Clients are strongly encouraged to contact us at 206-589-9983 or reservations@allblacklimoseattle.com to consult with our team before placing an event reservation. Our dispatch team will review your event details, confirm vehicle availability, and provide accurate pricing before finalizing the booking on your behalf.
6.2 Bookings Made Through the Online Booking Engine
In the event that an event reservation is placed directly through our online booking engine without prior consultation with our dispatch team, the following conditions apply:
All Black Limo LLC reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the pricing entered does not accurately reflect the correct fare for the requested event service (e.g., due to missed event surcharges, incorrect vehicle type, or insufficient hours booked).
In lieu of cancellation, All Black Limo LLC may contact the customer to review and adjust the reservation to reflect accurate and complete pricing before confirming the booking.
If the reservation was paid for at the time of booking and is subsequently cancelled under this provision, standard cancellation policies will apply as outlined in Section 5 of these Terms.
All Black Limo LLC is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from the cancellation or modification of event reservations that were created without prior dispatch consultation and that do not reflect the correct service pricing.
6.3 Event Changes & Modifications
Any changes to event reservations — including changes to the date, time, vehicle type, number of hours, or pickup/drop-off locations — must be submitted no less than three (3) hours before the scheduled service. Changes made within this window are subject to standby charges as detailed in Section 4.
7. Weather Conditions & Travel Time
For the safety of our passengers and chauffeurs, travel times may be affected by severe or unexpected weather conditions, including but not limited to snow, heavy rain, ice, storms, or other hazardous conditions. During such circumstances, chauffeurs may need to adjust driving speeds, routes, or timing to ensure passenger safety.
If extreme weather conditions significantly extend the duration of a trip, an additional time charge may be applied and reflected on the final invoice. By booking with our service, you acknowledge that safety is our top priority and that adjustments to trip duration and pricing may be necessary under adverse weather conditions.
8.Disclaimer
The materials on the Site are provided on an “as is” basis. All Black Limo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
9. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall All Black Limo LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site or the services provided, even if All Black Limo LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
10. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. All Black Limo LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. All Black Limo LLC reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update the information at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our services.
14. Billing & Payment
All Black Limo LLC is a division of Saywa Inc. All invoices, charges, and refunds will be processed under All Black Limo LLC as the official billing entity. Your statement or receipt may display “All Black Limo” as the merchant of record. By making payment, the client agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein.
All credit card charges will appear under “All Black Limo” on your financial statement.
