For a Sedan or MPV, the standard pickup is SeaTac garage Level 3, next to the purple elevator. Add Meet and Greet for $25, and your chauffeur waits inside at your baggage carousel with a name sign. Curbside pickup is available on request, and Minibus groups load curbside between door 8 and door 16. Your chauffeur tracks your flight and waits 60 minutes free from gate arrival. A delayed flight does not cost you anything, because the clock starts when your plane reaches the gate.

What happens if my chauffeur is late?
All Black Limo offers a 15-minute on-time guarantee. If your chauffeur arrives more than 15 minutes late, your next ride is free. The credit covers up to the late trip's value in the same vehicle class. Normal traffic does not count as an excuse, because planning for traffic is the chauffeur's job. Delays outside its control, like severe weather or road closures, are excluded. The credit is emailed to you automatically and is valid for 90 days.
