Pick your departure window
Three departure windows every embarkation morning: 7:30am, 9am, and 10:30am. Each vehicle runs three cruise runs per day. Pick the window that matches your boarding time. If your sailing is in the afternoon, book 10:30am. If your group is arriving on different flights, book the window that matches the latest arrival in the group , everyone in your vehicle needs to be ready at the same time.
24-hour text check-in
The day before your sailing, All Black Limo sends you a text. Reply with your total checked bag count and carry-on count. Two minutes. This confirms whether the vehicle assigned at booking fits your actual load. If you need a larger vehicle, we adjust before your driver leaves , not at your hotel door on embarkation morning.
Door-to-door pickup to pier drop-off
Your driver picks up from your Seattle hotel, home, or address. Direct to Pier 66 or Pier 91. No shared stops. No other passengers. Your driver knows the terminal, the embarkation lane, and where to stage for loading. Stick to your original departure window , we plan three runs per vehicle around these times.
