Crew hotel in the Tukwila corridor. All Black Limo covers the Sea-Tac to Tukwila run at the same flat rate.

How it works

Email-based coordination. ABL handles the rest.

Airline sends the crew schedule by email

Send crew schedules to reservations@allblacklimoseattle.com. Include crew size, pickup location, pickup time, destination, and any special requirements. All Black Limo reviews and confirms vehicle assignments based on crew count.

Vehicle and driver assigned

Sedan for 1 to 2 crew. MPV for up to 5. Minibus for up to 13. Driver is assigned based on the schedule and route. In-house employees only, no contractors who may cancel or be unavailable.

Driver stages before pickup time

All Black Limo drivers arrive before the scheduled pickup window. Crew transportation timing is non-negotiable. The driver is staged and ready before your crew is.

Direct transfer, flat rate

Hotel to Sea-Tac or Sea-Tac to hotel. No shared stops. No detours. Flat rate confirmed before departure. Rate does not change based on traffic or time of day beyond the standard prime-time surcharge.

Prime-time surcharge of $20 applies to pickups between 10pm and 7am. Rate confirmed before the driver departs. Contact reservations@allblacklimoseattle.com to set up a crew account and discuss volume scheduling.

Why in-house drivers

Gig workers cancel. Employees do not.

Rideshare platforms cannot guarantee driver availability for a 3am crew pickup. A gig worker who cancels at 2:45am means a crew member who misses their report time. All Black Limo does not use gig workers on any booking. Every driver is a full employee with a confirmed assignment. If something changes, dispatch adjusts with another in-house driver, not a platform algorithm.

In-House Chauffeurs Only

No gig workers, no contractors. Every driver is an All Black Limo employee: Washington State Patrol background checked, drug tested, and RCW 46.72A licensed.

24/7 Dispatch

Crew schedules do not observe business hours. All Black Limo dispatch is available around the clock for schedule changes, early pickups, and last-minute adjustments.

$1.5M Insurance Per Ride

Above the Washington State minimum of $1,050,000 for licensed for-hire operators under RCW 46.72A. Verifiable at FMCSA SAFER.

Black Exterior, 3 Years or Newer

Every vehicle meets a rolling 3-years-or-newer standard. Black exterior. Clean interior on every booking. No exceptions for crew runs.
