  – Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
– This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by All Black Limo at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

What is service charge? Dispatching, insurance, toll, fuel, vehicle upkeep, credit card processing, or administrative costs.
If weather or road conditions become severe and hazardous, an additional surcharge will be applied based on the severity of the conditions.
For airport pickups, we provide a one-hour standby period.
For regular reservations, a 30-minute standby period is included. After this period, standby charges apply: $95 for a Sedan and $115 for an SUV.
Cancellations made within three hours of the scheduled reservation will be charged the full fare.
No-shows are considered the same as cancellations and are non-refundable.
The driver reserves the right to decline a reservation if the client has not arrived within one hour of the scheduled pickup time.
Any changes made within three hours of the reservation will incur standby charges.
By making payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
All Black Limo LLC is a division of Saywa Inc. All invoices, charges, and refunds will be processed under All Black Limo. as the official billing entity. Please note that your statement or receipt may show All Black Limo. as the merchant of record.
Refunds: All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. Credits are valid only for 90 days from the original booking date and are not eligible for refunds.
The credit card will be charged under All Black Limo.
