What most cruisers learn too late

Don't let the terminal scramble end your vacation early.

🧳

The rideshare lot hike

At Pier 91, app drivers can't pick you up at the curb. You drag your luggage about half a mile, 10 to 15 minutes of walking, and confused drivers often cancel.

🚌

The bus that leaves when it's full

Book the big shared bus and you wait in line at Lane R (Pier 91) or the Skybridge (Pier 66). It departs when it fills up, not when you're ready.

📈

The surge surprise

On cruise mornings everyone needs a ride at once. That low app fare jumps to $130–$160 for a larger vehicle to SeaTac.

Local knowledge matters

We know both Seattle cruise terminals cold.

Pier 91 · Smith Cove

Princess · Celebrity · Royal Caribbean · Carnival · Holland America · MSC · Virgin Voyages

The challenge: the terminal is huge, and walking to the public pickup lot with heavy luggage is exhausting.

Our answer: we text you directly and pull up as close as security allows the moment you're ready. No remote lot, no guessing.

Pier 66 · Bell Street

Norwegian · Oceania · (Cunard & Regent vary by sailing, check your booking documents)

The challenge: the terminal sits right downtown, where waterfront traffic gridlocks on sailing days.

Our answer: our chauffeurs know the side-street routes out of the Alaskan Way jam, moving while the buses sit in the main lanes.

"King was our chauffeur and he was exceptional! He picked us up from the airport, took us to our port, and then drove us back to the airport from our port. He helped us with all of our luggage. King gave us the best experience anyone could ever ask for. We felt like royalty."

"Our family traveled from Florida & South Dakota to Seattle with 14 people. Their communication was outstanding from the first inquiry until our final ride. We took 3 separate rides on 3 separate days: airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, cruise port to airport. Each of the drivers were so friendly!"

Tiffany H · Published client review

"The driver, Ahmed, was on time and met me at my carousel. He was super friendly and we had a good chat while he drove through the hellscape that is Seattle/I-5."

Your vacation starts at the curb

Ship tracked, chauffeur assigned, luggage handled. Relaxed from door to deck.

A local's guide

Late flight? Don't sit at the airport for six hours.

The free bag trick: a free port valet service can collect your bags on the ship and send them straight to your airline. Sign up on board two days before you dock, then explore hands-free.

The Pike Place run: Pier 66 sits across from Pike Place Market, and Pier 91 is a 10-minute drive. We drop you for two hours with the fish throwers and Beecher's mac and cheese, then run you to SeaTac.

The Seattle Center loop: with three hours, we take you to Chihuly Garden and Glass next to the Space Needle, then straight to your flight.

Before you book

Questions cruisers ask us.

How much is a transfer from SeaTac to Pier 91 or Pier 66?

That route is our base price: $129 flat in a Sedan, $159 in an MPV, $299 in a Minibus, per vehicle, not per person.

Do you do hotel to cruise port transfers?

Yes, in both directions. Most Seattle hotels sit within the flat-rate 18 miles of both piers, so a downtown hotel to your ship is the same $129 flat Sedan rate, with your chauffeur handling the luggage.

My cruise docks at 6am but I won't get off until later. When should I book?

Book for your estimated time off the ship, not the docking time. Ships dock as early as 6am, but the first guests usually walk off around 7:15am. Our pickup guide from 12 years of cruise runs: early flight, book 7:30am. Flight after 11:30am, book 8:30am. Flight at 1pm or later, book 9:30am. We monitor your ship's arrival in real time on MarineTraffic, and once you're off with your bags, text your driver and they pull up.

Do you have car seats for children?

Yes, at no additional fee when requested at least 12 hours in advance, based on availability. Rideshare apps rarely offer this, which makes us the safer choice for families.

What if my ship is delayed?

We monitor marine traffic the same way we monitor flights. Your pickup adjusts automatically and rebooking is free.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks ahead when possible, and at least 48 hours before embarkation or disembarkation days, especially during Alaska cruise season from May through September.

Which cruise lines sail from each pier?

Pier 91 (Smith Cove) serves Princess, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Holland America, MSC, and Virgin Voyages. Pier 66 (Bell Street) serves Norwegian and Oceania. Cunard and Regent Seven Seas alternate between both piers depending on the sailing date, so always check your booking documents.

Is the price per person?

No. Every rate is per vehicle, flat for the first 18 miles. Sedan $129, MPV $159, Minibus $299, with a $20 prime time surcharge between 10pm and 7am and a temporary 8% fuel surcharge, all included in the total confirmed at booking.
