Before you book
Cruise transfer questions.
How early should I schedule my pickup before sailaway?+
We recommend arriving at the terminal at least 2–3 hours before your stated departure time. Ships depart on time, without exceptions. We set your Seattle cruise transfer pickup time accordingly when you book, accounting for embarkation lines, luggage check, and security.
Which pier does my cruise line use?+
Pier 91 (Smith Cove): Holland America, Princess, Norwegian, Carnival. Pier 66 (Bell Street): Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Oceania. Lines can change terminals by season — confirm with your cruise line and we'll take you to the right one.
Can you pick us up at SeaTac and take us directly to the pier?+
Yes — direct SeaTac to Pier 91 or Pier 66 transfers are one of our most common bookings. Flat rate, no stop needed. Your driver meets you curbside at arrivals, or in baggage claim with the meet & greet add-on ($25).
Do you offer post-cruise pickups from the pier?+
Yes. Post-cruise transfers back to hotels, SeaTac, or home are available. Disembarkation timing can vary by 30–60 minutes — your driver monitors and adjusts. Book both legs when you reserve for a seamless trip.
What if we have a lot of luggage?+
Tell us your passenger and bag count when booking and we'll match you to the right vehicle. Our MPV handles 4 large bags plus carry-ons; the Executive Minibus handles full group cruise loads. If in doubt, call — we'll sort it out.
Is the rate really flat — no surge on embarkation day?+
Yes. Your Seattle cruise transfer is a true flat rate — the rate you see at booking is the rate you pay. No surge on busy embarkation days, no meter in I-5 traffic. The only additions are a $20 prime-time surcharge (10pm–7am) and the optional baggage claim meet & greet at SeaTac.
