Minibus pickups stage at the commercial curbside zone. We recommend meeting your chauffeur between door 8 and door 16. Meet & greet is not available with the Minibus, and curbside takes longer than the garage, so allow extra time.

Yes. Every rate is flat for the first 18 miles, with a set per-mile rate after that, confirmed at booking. The only additions are the $20 prime time surcharge (10pm–7am), a temporary 8% fuel surcharge, and the optional $25 baggage claim meet and greet, all included in the total confirmed at booking.
All our chauffeurs are in-house employees, not gig-economy contractors. They are trained, insured, and held to one professional standard across all 40,000+ trips we have completed since 2014.

No. Minibus pickups are curbside only. We recommend meeting your chauffeur between door 8 and door 16, and curbside takes longer than the garage, so allow extra time. Sedan and MPV bookings can add meet and greet for $25 or use the garage pickup.
