That confirmation finalizes whether the vehicle assigned at booking is the right one for your actual load. If the bag count requires a larger vehicle, we adjust before your driver leaves. 24-hour text check-in , what to expect: The day before your sailing, you will receive a text from All Black Limo. Reply with your total checked bags and carry-ons. This is your check-in. It takes two minutes and prevents the most common embarkation morning problem we see.

The Rule Everyone Gets Wrong: Bags Decide the Vehicle

Passenger count tells us the minimum vehicle size. Bag count tells us the actual vehicle size. These are not the same number.

A group of six called us at 8:45am on a Saturday in July. They had booked elsewhere. When the other driver arrived and saw six passengers, six large checked bags, carry-ons, and a box of wine, the driver canceled on the spot. We dispatched a Minibus and made it work , but 8:45am on a peak Saturday is not when you want to solve this problem.

The sedan holds 2 passengers and 2 bags. The Multi Passenger Vehicle holds up to 5 passengers and 5 bags. The Minibus holds up to 13 passengers and 13 bags. If your bag count pushes you to the next tier, book the larger vehicle at booking. We may not be able to accommodate a last-minute upgrade on embarkation morning.

Three Departure Windows , Pick the Right One

All Black Limo runs three departure windows every embarkation morning: 7:30am, 9am, and 10:30am. Each vehicle completes three runs per day around these windows. Pick the window that matches your boarding time , not the earliest one available.

The 7:30am run is for early check-in passengers. The 9am run is the most common choice for couples and small groups. The 10:30am run is for later boarding windows and afternoon sailings. If your departure is in the afternoon, book 10:30am.

Group rule for multiple flights: If your travel group is arriving on different flights from different cities, book the latest arrival time. Do not book the earliest window and expect latecomers to catch up. Everyone in your vehicle group needs to be ready at the same time. The ship does not wait , and neither does the 7:30am run.
